On Survivor Cook Islands the two tribes of Aitu ( 4 members ) and Raro ( 5 members) merged into one tribe.

There was no reward challenge, yet the new tribe was given a feast and liquid refreshments, that Nate, Adam, Candice and Parvati consumed to the point of inebriation.

In the now Single Immunity Challenge, it came down to Candice Woodcock and Oscar “Ozzy” Lusth hanging on a makeshift totem pole the longest. Candice could not outlast Ozzy in the physical challenge and took the first immunity idol.

Yul Kwon told the members of his former Aitu tribe that he held the Hidden Immunity Idol, and persuaded Jonathan Penner to once again switch his tribe allegiance and vote with the former Aitu tribe.

The plan worked and at tribal council it came down to a 5-4 vote in which Yul Survived and Nate was voted out. Nate is now a member of the Jury.
